Appeal of Conviction

After trial you may feel as though you were not treated fairly based upon the composition of your jury, witnesses that were allowed to testify against you, evidence admitted, or other decisions made by the judge presiding over your case. Not all objections/legal issues form a basis for appeal and you have a limited amount of time to notify the court of your intent to appeal a conviction or obtain other forms of relief.

If you feel that you were wrongfully convicted or that you are currently being detained illegally based on trial errors, ineffective counsel, or a violation of a constitutional right, tell us your legal issue so we can evaluate your case and allow us to put our talents and experience to work for you.
