CASH VERDICT PLUS ATTORNEY FEES AWARDED TO PLAINTIFF

A Plaintiff received a cash verdict for both past and future pain and suffering, reimbursement of medical bills incurred, and was awarded attorney’s fees in an unreported civil action for personal injury (as stipulated by the Parties and the insurance company involved).  From the accident, Plaintiff incurred a lumbar strain and significant damage to muscle tissue, nerves in his neck, etc.  Plaintiff and family were happy with the outcome of trial.
