A client facing 20 years in prison, for burglary won his case at trial on a motion by his attorney. The indictment alleged that the client attempted to sale drugs to a victim and later brandished a gun, forced entry into the home of the victim and stole various items of valuable property. After receipt of discovery and performing a thorough background investigation, the firm successfully demonstrated that the evidence against the client was not credible and was inconsistent with the theory of guilt. Ultimately, the client was acquitted and freed. The client and family were very satisfied with the results of the case.
